Each of our liquid herbal products are steeped in Natural Spring Water and made Fresh to Order with the highest quality Wild-crafted and Organic Herbs from organic growers. None of the herbs in our compounds are radiated and have been tested prior to use.

Once your payment has been processed and posted, please allow 7 to 10 business days, with the exception of weekends and holidays, for your product(s) to be ready for shipment. If there's a delay in your order you will be notified via email. If you place an order after 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday - Thursday, on Fridays, the weekends and/or during a Holiday your order will not be processed until the following business day once your payment has posted. Shipping Days are for all orders except Sea Moss Gels and Gummy products are Monday - Thursday. Sea Moss Gels and Gummy products are shipped Monday - Wednesday only due to their perishable nature. You must select Priority Shipping (2-3 day) when purchasing these products.

Once your product has shipped, you will be notified via email. If you selected Priority Shipping you will receive a tracking information. If you select Standard Shipping your package will ship USPS Regular Mail. Priority Shipping will ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you would like insurance on your packages, please contact our office so the fee can be added.

This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass directly to you upon our delivery to the carrier (U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or UPS) and HolisticallyMade.com is not liable for the order nor has an obligation to refund the order should the order be lost or damaged while in the possession, transit and care of the carrier.

HolisticallyMade.com may exercise discretion, as a one-time courtesy, to replace a lost or damaged order in the possession and care of the carrier and predicated upon the customer first filing a claim with the carrier and submitting proof of the filed claim to HolisticallyMade.com.
