Over the years, I’ve notice record number women of all ages being diagnosed with uterine fibroids. Many suffer with heavy and longer than normal bleeding, multiple menstrual cycles within the same month, blood transfusions, abdominal and uterine pain, bloating, gas, depression, emotional and mental health issues, enlarged abdomen and weight gain, and much more. However, with that being said, it is very important to implement healthy lifestyle changes in order to prevent, reverse and/or eliminate fibroids and fibroid growth.
🚫 Foods to Avoid 🚫:
❌Soy products including soymilk, soy protein powder, soybeans. ❌Sugar and carbs– white sugar is a no-no altogether, sugary foods, desserts and snacks ❌Carbs and sugar increases estrogen and your blood sugar levels in your body. ❌Breads🍞, pasta, rice🍚, etc. Switch to healthy cards such as veggies and fruits, sprouted grains ❌ Meat 🍗 🥩and Dairy 🥛🍦Products - If you do decide to eat meats and dairy products switch to organic, grass-fed meats and dairy products. ❌ Sodas or coffee🍾 ❌ No processed, fast 🍔🌮or fried foods
📌 Note: I realize it may take a moment to transition into this new way of life and that you may not go cold turkey (which you should) however, I do highly encourage you to start eliminating these items one by one.
💚 Natural Juice Remedy for Fibroids:
1 whole Lemon 🍋 (cleanser) 2” ginger (relieves pain and inflammation) 1” turmeric (relieves pain) 2 apples🍏🍎 (natural sweetener) 1 cup of grapes (natural sweetener) 1 beet and beet leaves (rich in iron) Collard or Turnip greens🥬 (alkalizes your body and brings PH level to normal) 6-8 large spinach leaves 🥬or 3-4 broccoli stems🥦 (rich in iron) *Can substitute cayenne pepper for ginger Drink daily 3 to 4 months You should start noticing a difference within 3 to 4 weeks.
