Once your payment has been processed and posted, please allow up 2 - 3 business days, with the exception of weekends and holidays, for your product(s) to be ready for shipment. If you place an order after 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, during the week, on the weekends and/or during a Holiday your order will not be processed until the following business day.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will be notified via email. If you select Priority Shipping you will receive tracking information.

HolisticallyMade.com may exercise discretion, as a one-time courtesy, to replace a lost or damaged order in the possession and care of the carrier and predicated upon the customer first filing a claim with the carrier and submitting proof of the filed claim to HolisticallyMade.com.
