Each of our herbal products are steeped in Natural Spring Water and made Fresh to Order with the highest quality Wild-crafted and Organic Herbs from organic growers. None of the herbs in our compounds are radiated and have been tested prior to use.

Once your payment has been processed and posted, please allow up to 3 business days, with the exception of weekends and holidays, for your product(s) to be ready for shipment. If you place an order after 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time or on the weekends your order will not be processed until the following business day.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will be notified via email. If you select Priority Shipping you will receive tracking information.

All items purchased from HolisticallyMade.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass directly to you upon our delivery to the carrier (U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or UPS) and HolisticallyMade.com is not liable for the order nor has an obligation to refund the order should the order be lost or damaged while in the possession, transit and care of the carrier.

HolisticallyMade.com may exercise discretion, as a one-time courtesy, to replace a lost or damaged order in the possession and care of the carrier and predicated upon the customer first filing a claim with the carrier and submitting proof of the filed claim to HolisticallyMade.com.
